"We were really having a hard time with our rental property managers. After dealing with them for almost a year, we decided to go ahead and take the "plunge" and buy a house. Being Military Members, we kept getting referred to one person...Rebecca Goodell. My wife and I had been driving all around town looking on our own before we actually called a Realtor. Calling Rebecca was the best decision we could have made. Rebecca immediately told us she would be more thatn happy to help us and advised us to get pre-approved for a home loan. When I asked why we needed to get a pre-approval when we hadn't found a house yet, she thoroughly explained to me that that would set out price range and assist her in locating houses to show us.
